Property I
Our basic course for new or inexperienced adjusters. Students learn the basics of insurance policy, estimatics, proper inspection techniques, use of computer estimating software, customer service and all of the basic skills necessary to begin a career as an independent catastrophe claims adjuster. Property I is a three week class and is typically offered 4 to 6 times per year. Tuition: $1695.00

Property II: Advanced Property Adjusting
This 6-day course trains adjusters in the handling of large and total loss type claims, including fire losses. Students will be instructed in the proper inspection, documentation and settlement of these types of losses. Emphasis will be placed on topics such as; additional living expenses, loss of use and proper claim reporting. Tuition: $695.00

Auto Adjuster 1

This course is designed to provide the basic training necessary for a successful career as an automobile adjuster. The class cover such topics insurance policy concepts, proper use of auto parts, types of repair, proper inspection techniques and customer service. Students will also be instructed in negotiation techniques and will participate in and estimating workshop in which they will prepare complete claim files, based on realistic damage scenarios. Additionally, students are trained in the usage of the most sophisticated estimating software available. Tuition: $1295.00

Advanced Xactimate

Struggling to learn or teach Xactimate? We have mastered the writing of claims in this program allowing adjusters to use much needed shortcuts. We explore and teach adjusters how to write claims with more efficiency using more advanced options. We are certified Xactimate trainers. Schedule pending demand. Tuition: $495.00

Flood Adjustment I

This is a three week course designed for the inexperienced adjuster. Topics covered will include discussion of the Flood Policy, the flood forms, damage recognition and completing the Estimate.

Tuition: $1695.00

Flood Adjustment II

This is a five day course designed for the experienced Property Adjuster. It will concentrate on the unique aspects of the flood loss. Thorough discussion of the Flood Policy and Forms will be included as well as the required reporting guidelines. Students will be provided with the latest updates from NFIP/FEMA and tips with regard to the proper investigation of wind versus water claims.
