Pacesetter Tech was created with the goal in mind that a Trained and Informed Adjuster is more manageable and effective than someone who simply rode along with an existing adjuster for a time to learn how to scope and write an estimate. Training is the key to producing an adjuster who will be Accurate and Efficient handling claims while leaving the Insured and Client with a great Customer Service experience. This mission has been successful for the past 10 years. Hundreds of students have been trained and deployed. Most have come to the school through word of mouth as we do not advertise our classes nationally. Our former students and trained adjusters are our best recruiters. Pacesetter Tech instructors are seasoned trainers who have been in the profession for many years as adjusters, supervisors, managers and business owners, and still serve on the storm manager teams to stay current with the evolving methodology applied by various claims departments today. In our profession it is critically important to have the knowledge to make the necessary decision when (not if) presented with a claims situation either by phone or in the field. Our Policy class is by far the best in our industry and not duplicated by any other adjuster training facility. Our campus has actual houses and garages to climb on roofs, inspect and diagram elevations and interiors for damages. We believe these homes allow us to present a realistic hands on scoping and adjusting experience when included with our classroom time. We use the premier estimating software Xactimate in our classes. Unlike some other training facilities, our trainers are Xactimate certified and listed on Xactware’s website. We have developed our classes to train the students from basics to advanced adjusting at a pace designed to accommodate everyone. From complete rookies, those with partial experience to those seasoned adjusters who need refreshing or updating their skills, we have tailored our classes and curriculum to get the job done. On-Line and follow up self study classes are available for students who have some adjusting experience. Our staff can also provide the best current licensing information and answer questions on any of the 33 states that require an adjuster to be licensed. Our modern up-to-date classroom and campus is easy to get to and accommodations are reasonable and nearby. We are 15 minutes from the Tulsa International Airport and less than two miles off Exit 240 of Interstate I-44 in the Tulsa suburb of Catoosa, Oklahoma. Contact
